On a broken iphone, smartphone or tablet

 

Your phone doesn't turn on anymore? Is your ipad not displaying anything anymore? Did your iPhone fall in the water? Does your Huawei display lines of color? Your Samsung Galaxy is no longer recognized by the computer?

 

There is no need to repair your device to recover data. Is the screen broken? It's no problem. The device doesn't turn on anymore? No worries.

Our technicians will focus on recovering your data, nothing more. You will not be charged for the spare parts used. You will receive your phone back in the same condition but with your recovered data ready to be transferred to another phone or USB stick.

 

Except in serious or complex cases, a data recovery on a Smartphone whose screen, for example, no longer displays anything will cost you 40 EUR incl. VAT.

Should the device suffer a serious breakdown, we will make a free estimate before doing anything.

 

Leave the device with us for 24 hours and bring a USB key or a new phone on which to put the recovered data.

On a Macbook, iMac, or a crashed computer

 

Your iMac doesn't turn on anymore? Did you spill your coffee cup on your Macbook keyboard? Is your laptop constantly displaying a blue "system repair attempt" screen?

 

Relax! We will be able to take the hard disk or SSD out of the unit and extract the data.

And it will not be necessary to repair the device to recover the data. Sometimes a device is really not worth repairing, we know that. But often valuable data is still in the machine.

 

Different scenarios are possible. If there is a hard drive inside your computer, we can simply extract it, place it in a case that will become an external hard drive containing all your data.

We ask 30 EUR incl. VAT for this operation, all inclusive.

If it is an SSD that your Macbook contains, then depending on the format we can either copy your data to another disk that you bring us, or if it is an SSD in 2.5 inch format, we can also put it in an external case at a price of 30 EUR incl. VAT.

 

If your hard disk is in a bad condition, please read the following point.

 

In the case of very recent Macbooks, the memories are soldered directly to the motherboard. If the motherboard was to be touched, it would be necessary to repair it in order to access the information. Don't worry, it's in our wheelhouse too.

On an external hard drive, HDD, USB stick or SD card

 

Is your flash drive broken? Your SD card is no longer recognized or corrupted? Your external hard drive makes noise, flashes and/or is no longer recognized? You accidentally deleted important files?

 

Don't stress anymore, we'll surely be able to help you.

 

In these cases, we work on an estimate. The estimate is free and will be communicated to you before doing anything, without any commitment.

For example, a data recovery on an unrecognized or deleted hard disk is charged to you at an average of 80 EUR incl. VAT.
